Are you a compassionate and tenacious individual who wants to empower people with disability, injury or health condition? We're looking for someone who can motivate and inspire our clients to find their own employment.As a key member of our team, you will build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients. You will also ensure that all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.We value integrity, compassion, determination and thriving together. - Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges
- Happiness and confidence liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders
- Confidence working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients and employers
- Current Driver's Licence
No prior employment services experience necessary.
