About the Role

We are expanding our multidisciplinary team and seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join us. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver timely therapeutic services to participants across various settings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering evidence-based interventions
  • Assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Formulating treatment goals unique to each participant and providing regular progress updates
  • Mentoring and supervising early career clinicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services

You will also be responsible for maintaining awareness of current legislation and ensuring compliance in all aspects of your work.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist

  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment and mentoring early career clinicians
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact in our community
