This role involves working directly with clients, identifying their goals and aspirations, building skills and job-readiness, and supporting them through interviews and into sustainable employment.

Responsibilities:
  • Encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment.
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes.
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded and documented.
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and other stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Ideal experience in working with people overcoming challenges.
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in lasting employment for our clients/employers.
  • Desire to be part of a team dedicated to empowering people and businesses.
  • Current driver's license.
  • No prior employment services experience necessary.
