Job Responsibilities- Encourage and motivate clients to find their own employment;
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Place clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
- Record and document all activity, adhering to compliance requirements;
- Provide exceptional service throughout the process to clients, employers, and stakeholders.
- Customer service experience or a client-facing role;
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals overcoming challenges;
- Liaise confidently with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Set and achieve KPIs by making placements resulting in sustainable employment for clients and employers;
- Hold a current Driver's Licence;
- No prior employment services experience necessary.
- Ongoing career development and training with national opportunities;
