As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll drive creative and strategic marketing campaigns that hit all the right notes. You'll oversee agencies, creatives, media, PR, and digital teams to deliver assets that meet our brand standards.

You'll track performance, provide valuable insights, and refine your approach so future campaigns are even more effective. Your role will be key to our success, supporting our Head of Marketing in setting clear expectations, providing skill-building opportunities, and fostering a high-energy culture.

Your Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Take campaigns from idea to launch, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand vision, customer needs, and business goals.
  • Juggle partners effectively: Manage agencies, creatives, media, PR, and digital teams to deliver on-time, on-budget, and on-point results.
  • Monitor progress: Track performance, serve up insights, and tweak your approach so future campaigns are even better.

Project Management: You will ensure our marketing projects run smoothly, like a well-oiled machine. You'll drive project management discipline to deliver successful campaigns that meet our expectations.

Team Guidance & Coaching: This role will support our Head of Marketing in setting clear expectations, providing opportunities for growth, and empowering the team to achieve their best.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: You'll partner with retail operations, wholesale sales, product development, and supply chain to ensure our marketing activity is perfectly aligned. You'll also collaborate with finance to optimize our return on investment.

Continuous Improvement: We're always looking for ways to improve and grow. In this role, you'll identify areas for improvement and implement changes to boost efficiency, creativity, and impact.

What We're Looking For

You're a marketer with a mix of strategy, creativity, and drive – someone who can make a real difference. Here's what we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' marketing experience in retail or FMCG environments (you know how to move fast and think customer-first).
  • Demonstrated expertise in campaign management and project delivery (you can take an idea from concept to launch).
  • Strong ability to motivate, mentor, and manage (you lift others up and bring out their best)
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – your everyday toolkit.
  • Australian working rights (essential).
