
Marketing Growth Leader

We're seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive growth and scale our business. As the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing team across B2C and B2B disciplines, optimizing campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, SEO, partnerships, and more – always grounded in data and experimentation. You'll also build and execute funnels that reach both consumers and healthcare providers, and connect the dots between them.
Collaboration is key; you'll work closely with sales, product, and data teams to align on growth opportunities, attribution, and customer journeys.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead a high-performing team across B2C and B2B disciplines.

Requirements
- Proven experience scaling B2C and/or B2B marketing in a high-growth environment.
- Deep fluency in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and demand generation.
- Strategic thinking prowess, capable of breaking down company goals into actionable steps.
- Track record of scaling to large revenues.
- People leadership and management skills.
- B2B and B2C (or B2B2C) marketing experience.
