Job Description

We're seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive growth and scale our business. As the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals and revenue targets.


Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing team across B2C and B2B disciplines, optimizing campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, SEO, partnerships, and more – always grounded in data and experimentation. You'll also build and execute funnels that reach both consumers and healthcare providers, and connect the dots between them.

Collaboration is key; you'll work closely with sales, product, and data teams to align on growth opportunities, attribution, and customer journeys.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  2. Lead a high-performing team across B2C and B2B disciplines.
  3. Optimize campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, SEO, partnerships, and more.
  4. Build and execute funnels that reach both consumers and healthcare providers.
  5. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and data teams.

Requirements
  • Proven experience scaling B2C and/or B2B marketing in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep fluency in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and demand generation.
  • Strategic thinking prowess, capable of breaking down company goals into actionable steps.
  • Track record of scaling to large revenues.
  • People leadership and management skills.
  • B2B and B2C (or B2B2C) marketing experience.
