
Head of Performance Marketing

As the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll take ownership of Brand Collective's paid digital strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our diverse brand portfolio.
This is a leadership role at the intersection of strategy and execution, perfect for a data-driven digital leader who knows how to deliver measurable results while inspiring and growing a high-performing team.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and mentor a team of four, building capability, driving collaboration, and fostering a data-led, high-performance culture.
- Lead the development and execution of strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, affiliates and emerging channels, balancing efficiency with growth.
- Drive test-and-learn frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality, audience experimentation) to continually improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Oversee cross-channel budget allocation, forecasting and investment decisions to maximise ROI.
- Partner with CRM, Digital Delivery, Marketing and Brand teams to align paid activity with trading calendars and campaigns.
- Build robust reporting frameworks, analyse attribution models and customer journeys, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Oversee agency relationships and partnerships with Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft and affiliates - negotiating contracts and maximising platform incentives.
- Adopt new technologies, automation, and AI tools to enhance targeting, reporting, and efficiency while staying on top of industry trends.
About you
You're a commercially focused digital leader with deep expertise in performance marketing and a passion for innovation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the confidence to influence at executive level, while remaining hands-on when it matters.
You'll bring:
- 10+ years' experience in performance marketing, ideally in ecommerce or retail.
- A proven track record of delivering growth through paid search, social, and affiliate channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in ROI optimisation, forecasting and budgeting.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution platforms.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with executive-level reporting experience.
- Comfort with ecommerce technologies, conversion optimisation, and digital trading.
- Passion for experimentation, innovation, and leveraging new media technologies.
