Campervan Customer Experience Specialist

As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs;
  • Maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, handling logistics, and performing routine maintenance tasks;
  • Managing booking activities, stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
  • Addressing complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise to ensure smooth operations;
  • Preparing and cleaning our campervans to meet the highest standards;
  • Monitoring maintenance and repairing needs to keep our campervans in optimal condition;
  • Assisting in reselling campervans, preparing them for prospective buyers, and showcasing their features.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

  • You have a passion for direct contact with customers and experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car is desirable;
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of dealing with customers directly;
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory);
  • Availability to work weekends;
  • A responsible individual who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
  • Well-organized and skilled at solving problems.
