Risk and Control Advisory Manager, Treasury

As a Manager, Risk and Control Advisory in our Treasury team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of operational risk across the Group Treasury business. This includes supporting the design and implementation of controls, risk profiling, and reporting on operational risk and control profiles.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Design and implement controls to enable better risk and compliance outcomes
• Ensure risks are profiled and captured in the Risk Profile (RCSA) and update when risk trigger events occur
• Report on operational risk and control profiles, issues, incidents, and other matters
• Work effectively with Line 2 and Audit to determine optimal course of action to remediate any findings
• Process improvement and automation of processes to streamline work
About You
We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in a similar Risk & Controls role within a financial services firm. You should have strong analytical and commercial skills, with demonstrated ability to draw insights from analysis. Excellent verbal, written communication skills and critical thinking skills are also essential. Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, Tableau, and Alteryx skills are preferable. Understanding of Treasury, Institutional Trading, or Market operations background is desirable but not necessary.
