Job Role Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner is a critical role within the organization that provides support and high-level advice to assigned client portfolios on a broad range of generalist human resources functions.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide coaching, assistance, and practical support to people leaders. The role has a focus on providing support across the employee life cycle, with an emphasis on early identification of workplace trends, and increasing capability, engagement, and productivity particularly around performance management and workplace conflict.

The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve organizational effectiveness.

About the Job Responsibilities
  • Building a reputation as a trusted advisor, demonstrating expertise in human resource management related matters.
  • Providing coaching, advice, and assistance to people leaders across a broad range of HR functions, including performance management, workplace conflict, bullying, workplace flexibility, and workplace behaviors.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-level HR partnering services with allocated regions, commands, and departments.
  • Proactively identifying workplace trends, issues, and opportunities.
