Job Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our People and Culture team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage, resolve and respond to employee issues and enquiries in accordance with the enterprise agreement, work practices and relevant legislation, including remuneration aspects
  • To provide advice and support on P&C functions, including performance, systems and processes, within the context of policies and legislation, investigation and resolving escalated P&C matters
  • To manage and deliver identified P&C projects
  • To provide P&C support to business leaders, managers and employees on the impact of work practice changes
  • To work collaboratively with the wider division to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing and build understanding of business needs
  • To analyse reports regularly on a range of metrics, activities and processes
  • To participate in national meetings and activities

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in HR, particularly in generalist roles, including performance management and/or behaviour and misconduct
  • Case management skills
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience in industrial relations is desirable

Eligibility:
