Asset Controller Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and control of all supported assets within our Configuration Management Database.
About the RoleThis role involves receiving, identifying, storing, and withdrawing all supported assets within the Database. It also includes reviewing and approving Install, Move, Add or Change Requests and reconciling asset movements against these requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Control the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of all supported assets within the Database.
- Review and approve Install, Move, Add or Change Requests.
- Reconcile asset movements against IMACs.
- Implement Requests for Change assigned to Asset Management.
- Administer the procurement of new assets.
- Manage imports of asset data.
- Verify the accuracy of the database against the physical environment.
- At least 3 years' experience in Logistics and/or Warehouse environments.
- Previous experience updating and maintaining a CMDB.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Previous experience conducting change requests.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain accurate records.
In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will also require current or reinstatable Security Clearance.
