Job Title: Process Asset Controller

This role is available from multiple locations across Australia, allowing individuals to experience diverse work environments.

The Process Asset Controller will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software assets registered within the Configuration Management Database.

  • Control the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of supported assets within the Database.
  • Review and process Install, Move, Add or Change Requests in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile asset movements against Installation, Migration, Addition or Change (IMAC) requests.
  • Implement change requests assigned to Asset Management.
  • Administer procurement processes for new assets.
  • Manage imports of asset data into the Database.
  • Verify accuracy of database records against physical environment conditions.
  • Develop and maintain Asset Management process, policy, and procedure documents to support Asset Management service delivery.

Requirements and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Logistics and/or Warehouse management.
  • Previous experience updating and maintaining a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with conducting change requests and implementing changes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Current or reinstatable Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Security Clearance.
