- Assist the Service Coordinator with team management, including staff supervision and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and team performance.
- Collaborate with the Service Coordinator to develop and manage budgets for programs and services.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Coordinator, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching.
- Experience in programming and administration.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- First Aid certification.
