The role involves leading a team of IT professionals in delivering high-quality customer-focused support services.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure the delivery of quality customer support services aligned with agreed service levels and standards.
- Manage the enhancement of the Service Desk Platform to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement consistent use of tools and methods to address and resolve user-identified issues and problems.
- Guarantee that reference materials are current and valid, enabling team members to access and apply up-to-date solutions and processes.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas requiring modifications to enhance team performance, customer outcomes, and efficiency.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent.
- Relevant Information Technology degree or diploma.
- ITIL Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to translate technical knowledge into actionable directives.
- Experience in managing and developing teams.
- Familiarity with IT Service Desk platforms and tools.
