Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing national team of support technicians to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This involves contributing to the end-to-end service experience, ensuring SLA adherence, supporting day-to-day operations, and delivering continuous improvement.

Requirements
