We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive operational growth and stakeholder relationships in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
This role requires proven experience in senior management, driving contract objectives and quality outcomes to achieve revenue and contractual KPIs.
Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of Inclusive Employment Australia, providing high-level advice, analysis, and strategic input to the General Manager, Employment Services, and driving self-directed business improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering quality services and supporting people with disability to achieve quality outcomes.
