This critical role drives the growth of our Automation Group by identifying and developing new business opportunities across target industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong relationships with clients based on trust, technical expertise, and value creation.
- Collaborate with the technical team to shape solutions that meet client needs and deliver measurable results.
- Lead opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations through to close.
- Represent us at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to raise awareness of our capabilities.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to inform our Automation Group growth strategy.
- Achieve performance targets by meeting or exceeding agreed sales, revenue, and pipeline goals in line with sustainable growth objectives.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of automation technologies and a passion for driving business growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
