Prospective Postgraduate Student Support Officer
\About the Role:Are you passionate about higher education and driven to connect future students with transformative learning experiences? We are seeking two support officers to play a key role in shaping the postgraduate student experience.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Engage with prospective students via multiple communication channels including phone, email, SMS and at recruitment events
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective postgraduate students, providing individual guidance, conducting one-on-one consultations, applying a consultative approach to address objections and align solutions with individual goals
- Support the team in delivering targeted initiatives such as events, outbound calling, and conversion campaigns to drive applications and enrolments
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and resolve complex enquiries and enhance prospective student experience
- Analyse engagement data to generate insights and improve conversion strategies

- Working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
- Relevant qualifications or experience
