Key Position for Complex Mental Health Care

Clinical Nurses with advanced mental health experience are sought to provide expert care coordination for older people with complex issues.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to contribute to the wellbeing of vulnerable individuals.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including Residential Aged Care Facility staff, to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience in mental health nursing, preferably in a leadership or specialist role.
  • Approved postgraduate qualification in mental health, drug and alcohol, or equivalent expertise.
Additional Information:
  • Applications from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged.
Immunisation and Screening Required:
  • Compliance with NSW Health OASV Policy.
