Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Superintendent to join our Water team in delivering a complex infrastructure project.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering 3rd party independent engineering advice across the construction of the Burpengary Sewage Treatment Plant upgrade.

You will work closely with the alliance of constructors, designers, and client-side representatives to ensure construction phases are delivered on scope and within commercial guidelines.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major project's technical direction, commercial outcome, and successful delivery.

Requirements
  • Engineering degree or equivalent science or construction professional qualification
  • Deep experience and knowledge of construction in water, wastewater, utilities, or infrastructure
  • Project Engineering/Project Management experience within construction, consulting, design, or commissioning

You will possess a pragmatic approach to the development of constructable design solutions and have proven commercial acumen in the delivery of water infrastructure.

You will perform work that involves conventional engineering practice but may include complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements.

You will provide commercial and contractual leadership on behalf of the project, advising on and approving scope changes, variations, and risks.
