Job Title: Senior Site Superintendent

Job Summary:

KBR Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Superintendent to join our Water team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering 3rd party independent engineering advice across the construction of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 3rd party independent engineering advice across the construction of complex infrastructure projects
  • Work within the alliance of constructors, designers, and client-side representatives to ensure construction phases are delivered on scope and within commercial guidelines
  • Contribute to the technical direction, commercial outcome, and successful delivery of major projects
  • Explore new ways to integrate virtual reality and artificial intelligence on projects, offering opportunities to future-proof and broaden skills in the digital sphere

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent science or construction professional qualification
  • Deep experience and knowledge of construction in water, wastewater, utilities, or infrastructure
  • Project Engineering/Project Management experience within construction, consulting, design, or commissioning
  • Pragmatic approach to the development of constructable design solutions and proven commercial acumen in the delivery of water infrastructure
  • Ability to perform work involving conventional engineering practice, including complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements
  • Commercial and contractual leadership, advising on and approving scope changes, variations, and risks
