Join Our Team as a Civil Superintendent

Zenviron, a joint venture between Monadelphous and ZEM Energy, is a leading engineering, procurement, and construction services contractor specializing in large-scale renewable energy projects in Australia.

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to join our team for the Lotus Creek Wind Farm Project located in Central Queensland. As a Civil Superintendent, you will play a key role in delivering a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project teams to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance, and innovation.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Effectively manage and provide leadership to work teams, including subcontractors.
  • Assist with planning and scheduling the scope of work, ensuring works remain in line with the project budget.
  • Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture.
  • Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention.

Requirements:

  • An Australian recognized trade qualification in either a civil or structural discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in bulk earthworks, structures, roads, and drainage.
  • At least 10 years site-based industry experience as a Civil Superintendent or Supervisor within the civil construction industry, experience on DTMR roadworks would be an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages.
  • Sound commercial acumen and contractual knowledge.
  • Able to foster and manage effective relationships with the client, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
