About the Role
As a Superintendent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. You will work closely with our Project Managers to maintain control and knowledge of onsite works, coordinate the Supervision Team, workforce, and contractors. Your primary focus will be on completing projects safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement occupational health and safety/environment requirements.
- Conduct pre-start and toolbox meetings to ensure clear communication and coordination.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring effective communication and leadership.
- Direct the allocation of site resources and monitor production rates.
- Have a thorough knowledge of project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
