CBGU JV is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our Construction team working across various rail sites within the TSD package. As a key member of the team, your leadership skills will ensure that all work meets the standards in relation to safety, quality, schedules and cost.

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of CBGU JV Services supervision and associated trades
  • Understanding and communicating CBGU JV electrical safety standards and compliance of the same
  • Driving consistency through results in works completion inclusive of documentation
  • Interfacing with external work groups as part of rail and project-wide services trades. This includes leading, scheduling and finalising interface work arrangements

Minimum requirements for this role include:

  • Relevant Electrical Qualifications
  • Tier 1 experience in infrastructure projects, rail projects (highly regarded)
  • Familiar with all aspects of Commercial and Infrastructure and associated Australian Standards and Codes of Practice
  • Familiar with completions programs (such as Hexgon / Completions Connect / other) and Quality Assurance
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Be solutions orientation and able to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
