Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our casual pool.

About the Role

This role provides administrative support services, contributing to the effective management of the Administration department at Crystal Brook Hospital. Key responsibilities include managing the hospital switchboard and reception area, creating, storing, and disposing of resident records, and maintaining accurate data entry into various systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area to ensure efficient communication and patient flow.
  • Create, store, and dispose of resident records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate data entry into Chiron and other relevant systems.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, create documents using Microsoft Office, and take and type meeting minutes.
  • Assist with the Accreditation process as required.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong administrative skills and experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $29.57-$31.81 per hour, plus 25% casual loading. You will also receive a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.
