We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of claims processes and practices, as well as excellent customer service skills.
This role is an opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading general insurers, managing motor claims for open customers on behalf of partner brands.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing claims, providing empathetic support and guidance to customers, and ensuring adherence to cost control strategies and policy guidelines.
- Manage customer inquiries and validate reported claims daily.
- Provide empathetic support, guidance, and final resolution to customers.
- Process claims, make acceptance decisions, and advise on coverage per policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate claim reserves throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Communicate next steps clearly and accurately to customers.
