Insurance Claims Resolution Specialist Role

We are seeking an Insurance Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims handling unit, you will play a critical role in resolving customer complaints and ensuring timely and effective claims processing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers, suppliers, and brokers to resolve claims-related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Proactively case-manage claims from start to resolution, prioritizing customer needs and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claim progress and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address potential fraudulent claims and other risks.
  • Analyze claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our claims handling processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Claims Handling Experience: Previous experience in insurance claims handling, with a strong understanding of industry principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex claim scenarios and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
