**YOUR ROLE**

Join our team as a CTP Claims Resolution Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering cost-effective and efficient legal services, advice, and advocacy for claims within formal dispute processes. Your main responsibilities will involve optimizing claims outcomes through timely and high-quality management of dispute processes including internal reviews and at the Personal Injury Commission, while providing valuable feedback and recommendations to enhance claims practices. As a key member of our CTP Liability and Disputes team, you'll drive results in people, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and risk management, contributing to the overall success of our CTP claims division.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is based in our Sydney office.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally meet the below criteria:

- Legal experience including dispute resolution
- Ability to balance the drive for improvement with customer, regulator, and community expectations
- Tertiary qualification(s) in legal fields
- Demonstrated resilience and good communication skills
- CTP Claims Management/Technical Experience (preferably)
