Claims Resolution Specialist

We are currently seeking a Claims Resolution Specialist to join our organization on an initial 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls with customers, suppliers, and brokers relating to Commercial Non-Fleet, Corporate Fleet, and Leasing claims.
- Resolve customer and intermediary issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Proactively case-manage a portfolio of claims from start to resolution, ensuring a customer-first approach.
- Keep customers, intermediaries, and stakeholders fully informed of claim progress.
- Gather, assess, and interpret claim information to make sound decisions.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with customers, intermediaries, suppliers, professional service providers, offshore partners, risk managers, and internal business teams.
- A proven record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills in a high-volume call environment.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of commercial insurance markets, industry principles, and regulatory requirements.
This role plays a crucial part in supporting customers during challenging times, providing essential support and understanding, and working towards positive outcomes that restore their lives.
