Senior Customer Service Liaison

As a dynamic and experienced leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our hotel's front office. This key leadership position involves overseeing daily hotel operations, leading your team, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily front office operations and support your team members.
- Manage the front office team in the absence of the Rooms Division Manager.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by managing guest requests and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Assist with rostering, report writing, and maintain accurate records.
- Support Reservations as required and perform Night Audit shifts when needed.
- Develop staff skills through onboarding and training to enhance confidence in service delivery.
- Communicate effectively through daily briefings to set clear expectations for each shift.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless coordination and support logistical requirements for events and other operations.
- Uphold department policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
- Proven experience in a busy hotel front office management role or substantial supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work across a range of mid-week, weekend, and day/evening shifts on a rotating roster.
- Experience with Protel (or similar) highly regarded.
- High attention to detail with exemplary service standards.
- Current First Aid Certificate to respond to emergency incidents on site.
- Current RSA certification and exercise RSA authority as required.
