Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to assist in our studio with a mix of customer care, order fulfillment, and content development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging & Dispatch: Prepare and send out online orders with precision and accuracy.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, process returns/exchanges, and provide exceptional service.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging social media ideas, film and edit short-form videos, and post content focused on trends and behind-the-scenes insights during office and shoot days.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general light office duties to support day-to-day operations, including attending photoshoots.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills for professional emails and customer interactions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented when handling orders and returns.
  • Confidence in being on camera and sharing creative ideas.
  • Understanding of social media trends and what performs well online.
