Base pay range

A$75,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr

What you will lead and grow

  • In this role you will be the first point of contact for hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
  • Support our client\'s niche product service division with proactive customer service via phone and email.
  • Coordinate service requests and orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage customer enquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver timely solutions.
  • You will provide support across ANZ for internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
  • Have customer service experience? Even better if it's in medical devices, healthcare or technical support
  • 1+ year in customer service, service admin or technical support is all you need to get started
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and client relationship skills.
  • Must have full working rights and live on the Northern Beaches or Sydney\'s North Shore and happy to travel to Northern Beaches 5 days a week. Working hours are 9am-5pm.
