Main Responsibilities
  • Support our client's niche product service division with proactive customer engagement via phone and email.
  • Coordinate service requests and orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage customer enquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver timely solutions.
Key Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer service, service administration or technical support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Full working rights and flexibility to travel to Northern Beaches 5 days a week.
