Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy to attract top-tier talent for critical technical roles.
- Lead executive hiring initiatives within Engineering and technical specializations, ensuring attraction of high-potential candidates.
- Build and mentor a dispersed recruiting team to support executive hires and maintain a strong candidate experience.
- Partner with C-level and senior executives to define hiring strategies, influence decision-making, and deliver leadership talent.
- Use data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes and scale hiring efforts globally.
Requirements
- Proven track record of owning hiring objectives across multiple teams and ability to plan, organise and implement projects to meet established goals on time.
- Experience using complex data to drive insights and actions to improve the hiring lifecycle.
- Ability to lead a global dispersed team of executive recruiters while handling requisitions and mentoring them through change.
- Strong stakeholder management with executive and senior leadership in R&D, partnering with leaders to improve hiring outcomes using data-led strategies.
- Ability to mentor and coach TA teams and adopt strategies to elevate performance.
- Alignment to our values and experience exhibiting them in actions and communication with colleagues and candidates.
- Minimum of 5 years experience leading a team of senior talent professionals.
- Proven ability to partner with C-level and senior executives to define hiring strategies, influence decision-making, and deliver top-tier leadership talent.
- Track record of building and mentoring high-performing dispersed recruiting teams, with focus on executive search, candidate experience, and equitable hiring practices.
- Deep knowledge of market mapping, talent intelligence, and creative sourcing strategies to engage diverse leadership talent globally.
