We support our brokers and manage an end-to-end claims process, delivering a best practice customer experience. Reporting into the Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating the claims process, including setting reserves, authorising payments within authority levels and according to SLAs.
- Ensuring the customer is kept informed of progress while negotiating options and escalating when required throughout the duration of the claim.
- Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Providing prompt attention to all claims in accordance with Company standards and SLA requirements.
- Keeping up to date with industry best practices by participating in business-related industry forms and working groups.
Skill and Experience Required:
- Experience in the insurance claims industry with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws, and regulations.
- Takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and effective working relationships with internal and external customers and service providers.
- A team player, who is collaborative, shares their ideas, and encourages others.
