Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Claims Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing complex insurance claims and providing exceptional client service.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for handling a hybrid claim portfolio, including Government & Institutional (G&I) abuse claims and other insurance claims. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality advice and services to clients, while building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a file load of complex insurance claims;
- Build strong relationships with clients, focusing on exceptional client service;
- Develop effective communication skills to convey technical information;
- Mentor junior practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality advice and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in G&I claims is essential;
- A willingness to learn and expand your knowledge in insurance claims, particularly liability and coverage matters;
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
