We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Food Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new restaurant partnerships, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with restaurants, cafes, and food establishments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and drive retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and business intelligence teams, to identify target areas and optimize sales strategies
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the food or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
