The Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at PFD Food Services.

The purpose of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring exceptional service levels and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth.

  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing tools and technologies.
