About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Business Partner in Commercial-Devs-QLD. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our existing commercial property developer clients, driving revenue growth and brand loyalty while leveraging your exceptional communication skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial property developer clients across Greater Brisbane, focusing on digital solution sales and relationship-building. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth and adoption of Domain's products among target clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key clients through close collaboration and active listening.
  • Presenting Domain insights to stakeholders and attending customer events/sales meetings to showcase value proposition.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in approach to key accounts.

In addition, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and reporting capabilities, as well as experience in selling using insights.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in media sales or real estate industry sales.
  • A proven track record in face-to-face sales/account management and business development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to large groups.
  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Bonus points will be given to candidates with experience in selling using insights, understanding of commercial real estate/developers, and strong analytical and reporting capability.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive commission structures and career growth opportunities.
