The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to oversee a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to help them deliver exceptional results for our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and developing relationships with clients, as well as excellent tax knowledge and people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Review and approve the work produced by the team, ensuring it meets the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing teams and developing relationships with clients.
  • Excellent tax knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • CA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
