Workplace Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and deliver strategic change initiatives that drive business growth, improve employee experience, and enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management framework that supports successful office lease transitions, relocations, and workplace improvements.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, cost efficiency, and employee wellbeing.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across executives, staff, landlords, and vendors to achieve seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Drive communication and engagement activities, including FAQs, guides, town halls, and move readiness sessions, to inform and engage employees throughout the transformation process.
  • Conduct thorough staff impact assessments and support the adoption of new workplace models, amenities, and technologies to maximize benefits and minimize disruption.
  • Mentor and guide site-level change teams, ensuring consistency across locations and promoting best practices in change management.
  • Provide regular reporting on readiness, risks, issues, and adoption progress to senior executives, enabling informed decision-making and strategic direction.


Skills & Experience Required:
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, with a proven track record in workplace transformation, office relocations, or property lease transitions.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end relocation or workplace change programs that drive business results and employee satisfaction.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and site-delivery level, comfortably presenting to senior executives while also rolling up your sleeves to support staff on the ground.
  • Strong background in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance business cost efficiency with employee experience and wellbeing, driving business outcomes that benefit both the organization and its people.
  • Change management certification (e.g. PROSCI) is desirable but not required.


This role requires someone who can set the strategy while also driving hands-on execution across multiple sites, leveraging their expertise and leadership skills to drive business success.
