We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Market Growth Account Executive to drive revenue growth and increase operational excellence with our existing customers.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for developing a comprehensive view of clients, including their business priorities, competitive edge in the marketplace, industry trends, and key strategic partner relationships. The successful candidate will have excellent relationship and account management skills, with a hunter mindset.
The Impact You'll Have- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Negotiate contract renewals, amendments, and expansions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure an exceptional experience with our platform.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to illustrate adoption and drive conversation towards opportunities to expand the partnership.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience within a quota-carrying role as an Account Manager or Account Executive.
- Demonstrated success of hitting sales quotas based on revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
- Bachelor's Degree and proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, and Google Suite.
