**About The Role**

You, the Mid-Market Account Executive of our dreams, are an experienced Sales professional who has Digital Marketing agency experience selling strategic marketing services (specifically SEO, Paid Media, Design, Video, RevOps and GTM Strategy) to mid-market SaaS accounts (Think of SaaS companies with 100 - 500 employees in the Series A-C funding round). You are a strong communicator and consultative sales expert who thrives in an environment built on growth and excellence.

In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing B2B deals to drive revenue growth and will report to the Director of Sales. You will be a part of the Growth Department which encompasses Sales & Marketing.

**English fluency is necessary and is required to perform this role.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify, source, engage, and close SaaS accounts
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships within SaaS accounts across Director, VP and CMO level contacts
- Willingness to travel to in-person meetings to close deals
- Attendance at SaaS focused events to build relationships
- Performing audits, building strategies, and presenting consultative proposals on Directive's service lines (SEO, Paid Media, Design, Video, RevOps, and GTM Strategy)
- Exceptional critical + strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional project + time management skills
- Polished communication skills; ability to drive a conversation with executives
- Negotiating contracts
- Closing new business
- Exceeding your quota on a trimester basis

**Work Environment Requirements**

For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.

This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background.
