Lead Park Operations Team

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading daily park operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth guest experiences. This includes managing lifeguards, ticketing, and operational staff in line with organisational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead daily park operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth guest experiences.
  2. Manage lifeguards, ticketing, and operational staff in line with organisational structure.
  3. Oversee rosters, staff scheduling, and fortnightly payroll approvals.
  4. Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training.
  5. Handle incident documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
  6. Maintain safety equipment (DFIB, first aid, oxy kits).
  7. Facilitate weekly management meetings and monthly training sessions.
  8. Support and motivate staff to achieve a fun, safe, and high-energy workplace.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with guests and ensuring every experience is memorable.

Qualifications:

  1. Blue Card (Working with Children)
  2. CPR
  3. First Aid
  4. Bronze Medallion
  5. Advanced Resus

Experience:

  1. Proven management experience, ideally in operations, recreation, hospitality or tourism.

Skills:

  1. Strong leadership and team management
  2. Risk & time management in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Problem-solving with a can-do, hands-up attitude
