Park Operations Manager
A dynamic and customer-focused individual is sought to manage a holiday park in the beautiful Gold Coast, QLD.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all business operations and guest experience.
- Take a hands-on approach with a positive can-do attitude.
- Solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure flexibility within established guidelines.
- Lead and supervise small teams.
- Manage financial outcomes of the business.
- Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- Show an energetic and enthusiastic approach.
- Demonstrate proven experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerized booking system and good computer skills.
- Be willing to learn and apply systems and processes.
- Develop well-rounded communication, organization, administration, and management skills.
- Show demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders professionally.
- Be available to work across a seven-day roster, including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
- Liaise with existing on-site managers.
- Undertake strenuous tasks around the park as required.
