Relief Managers must have a commercial mindset, be flexible, and love working with guests and our existing onsite staff.The ideal management team will also assist with grounds maintenance as well as greeting and checking in guests at reception.
Grounds work is physically demanding, as you are responsible for all aspects of the park, including cleaning amenities.
As per council regulations - no pets allowed on the property.If you have availability to assist us every second Wednesday to Sunday – we'd love to hear from you
Success candidates must be available to work a 5-day consecutive fortnight including weekends.This is a great little Park on the beachfront in Miami, Gold Coast.You must have your own van or set-up.There may be a possibility to leave your van onsite during your working period, rather than remove every fortnight.Responsibilities include:Being accountable for all business operations and guest experienceBeing hands-on and possessing a positive can-do attitudeAbility to problem solve in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to fit within established guidelinesLead and supervise small teamsBe accountable for the financial outcomes of the businessAchievement of agreed KPI'sA strong Australian-based support office and local management teams support our park managers and relief managers in all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR so our on-site teams can focus on delighting guests.Selection CriteriaAn energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approachProven experience in a similar roleFamiliarity with RMS 9+ computerized booking system and good computer skillsWillingness to learn and apply our systems and processesWell-developed communication, organization, administration, and management skillsDemonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders professionallyAvailability to work across a seven-day roster, including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and eveningsMust liaise with existing on-site managersThe Grounds person must be willing to undertake some strenuous tasks around the parkThe CompanyBelgraviaPRO is a management services company specializing in tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks.
