Operations Director

As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our facility. This role requires strong leadership and team management skills to ensure smooth guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operations, recreation, hospitality, or tourism, with a strong focus on risk and time management in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily park operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Manage operational staff, lifeguards, and ticketing.
  • Oversee rosters, staff scheduling, and payroll approvals.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training.
  • Handle incident documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain safety equipment (DFIB, first aid, oxy kits).
  • Facilitate weekly management meetings and monthly training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Blue Card (Working with Children)
  • CPR
  • First Aid
  • Bronze Medallion
  • Advanced Resus

Experience:
