**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Payroll Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing weekly and monthly payroll processing for a group of clients.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll legislation.
- Handling client inquiries and providing professional and timely responses.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to address payroll-related issues.
- Processing and reconciling payroll reports before final client verification.
- Recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in payroll processing or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant payroll software and tools.
