Senior Corporate Lawyer

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, joint ventures, restructures, and corporate governance matters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years' post-admission experience in corporate law, gained at a top-tier or leading national/international firm.
